Exceptional Hearts Home Care Agency was founded in 2015 by Philadelphia native Crystal Creamer. Ms. Creamer identified a need for elder care in North Philadelphia and built a home care business on compassion and community care principles. Exceptional Hearts has since expanded to serve aging and disabled populations throughout Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Exceptional Hearts has built and maintained a pristine reputation for providing thoughtful, attentive, individualized care. Ms. Creamer believes passionately that everyone deserves to age comfortably and with dignity.

Outside of work, Ms. Creamer can be found enjoying Philadelphia's incredible dining scene, traveling, and spending time with her beloved pup, Marley.
